Also, if you are purchasing for multiple people - please advise them of the following...

You understand that drinking wine is part of what this tour provides, and that you have the option to spit out all of your wine. Drinking any amount of alcohol will impair your judgment, and will cause a delay in reaction.
You agree to not hold Idaho Wine Tours responsible for anything that happens to you. Including, but not limited to, accidents, falling up or down the stairs, tripping, getting kicked off the bus, not getting back on the bus, physical contact, violence, dismemberment, and anything else like swan dives off the wheelchair lift.
I hope that it doesn't come down to this but... All this can happen and may result in your death.

DO NOT BECOME DRUNK BEFORE YOUR TOUR BEGINS!!!
Each tour provides close to an entire bottle of wine per-person. Upon pick-up, if anyone in your group is already visibly intoxicated, that person will not be allowed to get on the bus. Please note: You will not be refunded any portion of your purchase. Honestly, you should not pre-funk that hard before a wine tour. It will not end well for you.
Can the Locations that We Visit Change?
Yes, they can. Due to unforeseen circumstances last minute changes may need to be made. If this is the case, chances are you will still not be disappointed. Our local wineries and vineyards are making some pretty great wine.
Can I Be Kicked Off the Bus?
Sure can, if you become too belligerent, first you will be warned that your behavior is not acceptable. Second, we will ask you to call a cab and you will not be permitted back on the bus...we will take it from there. Once you are off the bus, you own your own body, and it's actions.
Idaho Wine Tours, LLC does not condone drinking and driving. We advise if your pickup/drop-off location is somewhere you need to drive to, that you make arrangements with a designated driver. Or sober up 100%, pass the horizontal gaze nystagmus, walk-and-turn, and one leg stand test before you attempt to drive home.
