A little over a week ago, while my customers were inside the tasting room, I was outside moving some things around in the bus. A future customer walked up and engaged me in conversation about the business. She mentioned that her husband was not much of a wine consumer, and that she sometimes visited the tasting rooms by herself. In so doing, she got to know the other people tasting at the time. She was excited about the business, and before leaving had one last question...
What if I make a reservation and I am the only one?
My answer was, (and a business philosophy that I value): A customer is a customer, they all deserve the same experience. She smiled.
Idaho Wine Tours is still a very new business. So, has this idea been tested? Yes, a few times in fact. I have had a couple tours with only two people. Each time, my customers were amazing. They appreciated the fact that I did not diminish the quality of the experience. We visited the tasting rooms, took our time, and soaked in the beauty of the Sunnyslope wine region.
Your satisfaction with Idaho Wine Tours is valuable to me. I look forward to treating you to this experience. For the first time, or during a repeat visit.
Every 1 is a customer.
